Qualifications

• Transportation of rock mass in open pit mining.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Perform maintenance on assigned trucks and other equipment as required.
• Complete pre and post-shift inspections and assist with maintenance or repair of equipment as needed.
• Record any maintenance issues in truck log book and ensure supervisor is aware of any maintenance issues that would inhibit work production or create safety concerns
• Process required paperwork throughout the day (time reporting, truck reports, and etc.).
